Our Process

We send you our online form to complete and a member of our team will guide you through it over the phone to confirm your eligibility. There are no forms in the post and everything can be done online within 5-10 minutes.

One of our tax analysts will then start to calculate your claim and prepare it for submission to HMRC once we have the authority from HMRC to deal with your affairs, which usually takes 2-3 weeks.

Between 4-6 weeks from your initial contact with ourselves you will receive your Tax Refund from HMRC. A member of our payments team will be in touch with you to discuss your amount.

We are not like most companies where once they have obtained their fee from you they will forget about you.

We pride ourselves on our personal service that we provide, so once you have claimed we will make sure that your tax code is as it once was.

We check all our clients tax codes a few days after the payment and let you know that everything is in good order with you tax affairs and there is nothing outstanding for you to worry about.

We will liaise directly with you to establish a time convenient to commence discussions for any future Tax Refunds. As our service is an annual service please note that our fees will be reduced by 1% each year that you continue to claim with us as a gesture of goodwill for your loyalty to us.
